分區小組賽：            1場男子雙打、1場女子雙打、2場混合雙打。

賽制：                        從循環賽到決賽，每場比賽採取21分制。

1. i) I declare that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the Pickleball Champions League Season 2 (the “Tournament”).

本人現聲明本人身體健康及體能適合參加 PCL ASIA 匹克球冠軍聯賽亞洲賽 第二季   (“比賽”)。

1. ii) I understand that participation in sports activities is potentially hazardous and that sports and exercise may involve a risk of injury and even death. I am voluntarily participating in the Tournament entirely at my own risk and responsibility.

本人明白參與體育活動是有潛在危險與及運動本身亦可能導致傷亡。本人自願參與比賽，承擔有關責任。

iii) I hereby agree to waive, release and discharge the organizer, sponsors and any other individual or  organization connected directly or indirectly with the organizer from any responsibility,  and shall not make any claims or demands or bring any actions and proceedings against  any of them in respect of any injury, death or loss or damage to property sustained by me  during and after the Tournament or while traveling to or from the venue(s) of the  Tournament.

本人特此同意放棄、免除及解除主辦單位、贊助商及任何其他與主辦單位有直接或間接關係的個人或組織的任何責任，並應不得就本人在比賽期間和比賽結束後或往返比賽場地時遭受的任何傷害、死亡或財產損失或損壞提出 任何索賠或要求，或對其中任何人提起任何訴訟和訴訟比賽。

1. iv) By signing this entry form, I confirm that I accept and agree to abide by all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Tournament, terms and any important notices, declarations and conditions subsequently made in relation to the Tournament.

透過簽署本報名表，我確認我接受並同意遵守 比賽 的所有條款、條件、規則和規定、條款以及隨後做出的與錦標賽相關的任何重要通知、聲明和條件。

1. v) I consent to the organizer's right to record videos and/or take photos during the Tournament. I understand that I may be captured in the footage and/or photographs taken during the Tournament and I consent to the use of such  footage and/or photographs for promotion and marketing of the Tournament  through any source of media and platforms.

本人同意主辦單位有權在比賽期間錄製影片和/或拍照。我明白我可能會出現在比賽期間拍攝的鏡頭和/或照片中，我同意使用該等鏡頭和/或照片透過任何媒體和平台來源宣傳和行銷比賽。
